A Thursday from Vegas is about as good as it gets! Get in on this! Today we continue to talk about mediocrity and the main causes of it. Research has shown that we virtually become like the average of the five people we spend the most time with. “Who you spend your time with may be the single most determining factor in the person you become and in your quality of life.” I talk about this concept with Holly all the time. I have been graduated from High School for almost 20 freaking years now. But with all the time that has passed, I still spend a lot of time with my High School buddies. Why? They saved my life. They are a gigantic reason why I am who I am today. They were always helping me push to be the best version of myself. They were hard working, loyal, disciplined, successful dudes. And they help set the tone for the rest of my life.

If you are surrounded by lazy, weak-minded, excuse-making people, you will inevitably become like them.

If you spend time with motivated, happy, upbeat, driven, self-disciplined people, you will be more successful. I guarantee it! As a father, I try to protect and serve my kids as much as I possibly can. One of THE loudest messages that I preach to them is to choose great friends because it will save your life. The more you time you spend with good or bad people, the more you become like them. Sit and think for a second, who the 5 people that you spend the most time with. What are they helping you become? Are they stretching you or hurting you? Do they influence you to complain and conform or do they influence you uplift and dominate? Who you choose to spend your time with is one of the most important decisions you will make every day.

Start to seek after people who believe in you, admire you, and can help you get where you want to go in life.

It may not be easy, but just like anything else of importance, it will be worth it. “Don’t let the fears, insecurities, and limiting beliefs of others limit what is possible for you. One of the most important commitments you will ever make is to proactively and continuously improve your circle of influence. “Always seek people who will add value to your life and bring out the best in you. And of course, be that person to others.”

Life is good when you are around gangsters, ballers, and pimps!

Yours truly,

Life couldn’t get any better, Cram
