It is time for us to get all up in Wednesday’s grill and dominate it!  I really just feel poised to do something great today and to take over the world.  Life is great!  Time to take full advantage of it.  In today’s reading, John C continued to talk about urgency.  He told the story of when he had a heart attack at the age of 51 and he actually for a few hours, thought he was going to die.  Here is the thing about our time here on the earth.  We never know when God is going to call us back home.  Are you living a life that if you were to die today that there would be no regrets?  Do you know why you are here and are in the midst of doing everything you can to fulfill your purpose?

I have told many of you of the day that I almost lost my son to diabetic shock.  Life was pretty good leading up to that day at the hospital.  Work was going good.  I loved my kids.  I was in decent shape.  Things seemed to be going great.  Then, at a moments notice, he got sick.  And our lives were changed forever with the news that our 16 month old had diabetes.  As I sit there in the hospital room with my oldest son hooked up to hundreds of tubes, I decided to myself that moving forward, I would never miss out on an opportunity to be the absolute best person I could possibly be, in all categories of my life.  I decided at that moment to start to intentionally live.

From this near death experience with Boston, I implemented power hour.  I have been to the gym almost every single day religiously, since.  I have read at least one book per month for as long as I can remember.  I have put my heart and soul into being the best damn dad this world has ever seen.  The LAST thing I ever want to do is lay on my death bed with regrets!  I want that time to be a joyous occasion where I feel at peace because I lived intentionally.  I just wanted to challenge each of you to take 15 minutes today to sit down and map out your life.  If you were to die today, would there be regrets?  If so, what changes need to be made today to lift you of those regrets.  Where specifically in your physical well-being, your relationships, your financial stability, your spirituality and your educational growth do you need to step up your game and start to live your purpose?

When death does come, will you find yourself in peace?

Yours truly,
very little regrets, Cram
