Let’s take a look at you for a second, Thursday……Yep, just as I suspected.  Primed to take you over.  #teamtakover.  Today, we finalize the section of the book that talks about how we attract amazing people into our lives.  I can not emphasize enough how important it is to surround yourself with like-minded people.  It will change everything about you.

9. The promise factor- “Dreams are free.  However, the journey to fulfill them isn’t.  You have to work with your dream.  Your dream doesn’t work for you.”  A dream is a promise of what you can be, but commitment is the reality of what you will become.  “What starts as a promise, ends as a commitment.” 

10. The invitation factor- haven’t you met people who worked with you who made it easier for both of you to make a difference?  And haven’t you also met people that you later wished you had never met, because they hindered you ability to make a difference?  I know I have.  Connecting with others has become a huge part of my life.  I have started a few projects at work over the past couple years that have brought in some of the brightest minds in the door to door industry.  And without a doubt, these bright minds have taught me so much more about the industry that I never knew about.  And I have been in it for 14 years.  Before I invited these guys to my inner circle I had reservations.  Why would these dudes want to join with me and my projects?  They are already so busy.  All it took was reaching out with confidence, selling my vision, and the rest is history.  I am a much better business owner and person because of my decision to invite people to join my purpose.

So here is the real question.  Right now, are you only dreaming about making a difference, or are you joining with people and really make your dream and theirs a reality?

 “Movements don’t begin with the masses.  They always start with one.”

There is a great power in starting movements because they can essentially change the way that people think and live.  That is a huge part of my purpose right now on this earth.  To wake up early EVERY SINGLE morning and set a good example to all those who will listen to what I have to say when it comes to starting your day the right way, and aiming for a higher personal ground as you do.
