Welcome to another Monday!  Tonight, DishOne will have one of it’s biggest celebrations of all time.  Hope to see you all there!  I hope as well, that all you are primed to take on the world, one small habit and self-discipline at a time.  Make it an amazing start to your week!  In today’s reading, Napoleon is talking about how important it is to do a self-analysis in life.  He describes them as “essential” to the success of life.  Here is about half of the checklist:

1. Am I obtaining my objective for the goal that I established for this year?
2. Am I delivering service to the best quality that I am capable?
3. Am I delivering service of the greatest quantity I am capable?
4. Is my spirit cooperative and harmonious at all times?
5. Am I permitting the habit of procrastination?
6. Am I being consistent in following my plans all the way to fruition?
7. Am I pushing to reach definite decision on all occasions?
8. Am I being overcautious or under cautious?
9. Am I being disciplined in my habits?
10. Do I have any egotism?

We will continue with the rest of the list for Wednesday’s blog.  I am a true believer in the importance of self-reflection and self-evaluation.  In my opinion, each night before we go to bed, we should take 5 minutes to evaluate how our efficiency was that day.  What did we do good?  And what could we tighten up on?  This behavior, if followed through with, would alter one’s life tremendously.  Think to yourself for a second what your life would look like if you grew just a little each day.  If you became a little more efficient each day.  If you understood a little more each day your strengths and weaknesses, and how to improve on those.  There is no doubt in my mind that the truly happy and successful people in the world have an attitude of self-awareness, and the ability to constantly make adjustments to who they are and what they are doing.

Where do you stand today?  How is your movement to become better?  Always remember that self-discipline and growth=fulfillment=happiness=success.  It is the law of the land!  Get in on this goodness!

Yours truly,

Finding goodness for days, Cram
