What’s up good people?  I hope this email finds you in great spirits.  I am on a plane to Springfield, MO right now, headed over to spend some time with the team there.  One of the things I like to do while I am in the offices is sit down with each of the sales reps, one on one and talk about life.  As I have said before, I love to hear their stories.  I love to hear where they have come from and where they are trying to get to.  I also enjoy hearing what they were willing to sacrifice to be out in their office selling.  Some of them burned every boat that they had to be here.  They have gone all in and are laying their lives on the line daily in one of the hardest jobs you will ever find.  It makes me proud to simply know these guys.

As I ponder what message I specifically want to bring to each of the guys in this office, my mind keeps going back to the fact that the way we start our day will always determine the overall success and happiness of our day.  So, if I may, I would like to share with you what my plan of attack is with them.  Even though I have shared it with you more than a thousand times.

It is a concept that is called Power Hour.

Why do I feel the need to talk about this with them and with you again?  Because I believe that those that engage in power hour every morning, will without a shadow of doubt, progress, find fulfillment and be happy.  Here is how it works:

1. 15 minutes of goals and affirmations- write them down, say them in the mirror and visualize them.  All of which as if they have already happened.  “I, Marc Cram am so happy and grateful that Boston, Ashton, and Beckham have selected the world’s best friends, heroes, and influencers.”
2. 15 minutes of spiritual study and giving thanks- there is no doubt in my mind that an attitude of gratitude and believing in a higher being will bring you more happiness.  Without a doubt!
3. 15 minutes of reading- stress level goes down 68% when you read 15 minutes a day.  I love the hell out of that stat.  Plain and simple, you are a complete buffoon if you don’t use that stat to your advantage.
4. 15 minutes to plan out your day- if it is important to you, know when you are going to do it.

Here are some more facts.  I find myself to be one of THE MOST blessed people on this planet.  With that being said, I have an extreme amount of weaknesses.  I am not very organized.  I don’t dig into the detail very well.  I am not the most patient person.  I am a very sub-par businessman.  I suck mightily with my hands.  And the list goes on and on.  But what I do know that I do just as good as anyone else on this chain, is that I believe in myself and I work as hard as anyone to become a better version of myself daily.  And because of that principle alone, my life is amazing!  So just like I will sit and tell the reps of Springfield that if they will commit to doing power hour every day, their lives will be transformed, I will tell you the same.  Do it, and you will wonder quickly how you managed to live life without it.

Make the commitment TODAY to change your life forever!

Yours truly,
#powerfreakinghour, Cram
