Good morning to all!  I hope this email finds you doing fantastic!  I hope it finds you motivated to go do something far beyond what is average.  I hope it finds you motivated to go do something that takes you super far out of your comfort zone.  Something that stretches you and something that helps you grow.  My book came to me in the mail while I was in Oklahoma.  I am going to start back up using it tomorrow.  I want to go off the cuff again today.  As many of you already know, I had the pleasure of going to Elk City, Oklahoma the last 4 days with some of the most unbelievable salesman, leaders, and motivators you will ever meet.  I learned a lot from each of these guys while with them, and I wanted to pass it onto you.  There is a reason they are the best of the best.

1. Work ethic- when I say that these guys work from sun up to sun down, that is an understatement.  We usually got together for breakfast around 8:30 am.  By the time that came around, many of them had already been up for hours improving themselves spiritually, physically, and educationally.  We were on the doors at 10:00 am and would not stop until about 10:00 pm.  Then, after that, they caught up on the rest of their work.  If you want to be great, you have to have work ethic.  These guys take that to a whole new level.
2. Goal oriented- there were several times throughout the course of the trip where personal and office goals were set.  These guys take their commitment to goals very seriously.  They either hit them, or they die trying.  Literally!
3. Humility- even though they are great, they don’t talk about how great they are.  They are humble and they are hungry.  And they don’t let arrogance get in the way of greatness.
4. Belief- these dudes believe in themselves unlike anything I have seen.  They have come to realize their self worth, and no amount of slammed doors in their face or rejection will shake that.  They know who they are, and they stretch the limits of what they are capable of doing every day.
5. They serve and motivate- I can’t tell you how many times I heard the words, “You killed it today.  Great job, bro” said amongst the group.  I also heard, “My area is killer, come knock on the street next to me”, said way more often than I had expected.  Always seeking to inspire at the same time to help and serve.
6. Happiness- these guys love life.  They know their spot in it and they have made a personal decision to enjoy it.
7. Salesmanship- some of these guys sale almost every single customer they talk to.  It is literally unreal.  They are the masters of their craft to THE highest level.
8. They are great people- they love their families, their wives, and their friends.  How do I know this?  Because they talk about them all the time.  They simply want whats best for the people they love and they are willing to go to any length to get there.
There are not too many books that you will read on self-development that don’t talk somewhere about becoming like the people that you spend the most time with.  Well, in a short 4 days, THESE GUYS MADE ME BETTER!  In so many ways they taught me lessons that they didn’t even know they were teaching.  Thank you to Mark Erskine, Chris Melink, Jeremy Hammond, Ian Wendt, Josh Sluyter, Brad Sponenburgh, Grant Miser, Bryan Blakely, Jeremy Garner, Derek Hansen, Nick Stephenson, Phil Stockton, Ryan Olsen, and Michael Hammond for who you are, what you represent, and what you took the time to teach me.  Love all of you guys!
If you want to be great, do what great people do!  Do what the rest of the world is not willing to do!
Yours truly,
Amongst legends, Cram
