Hello Wednesday!  Boy, do I love you!  Today seems like a great day to make progress.  I wanted to veer from the book for a day and share some thoughts on some other things I read today during my power hour.  I am still listening to “Think and Grow Rich”.  Once again, if you haven’t read this book, your life has been cut short.  Read it!  Today he talked about having a pleasing personality and how important it is to have one.  He says that our personalities are what distinguish us from all other human beings.  The flexibility you have in our personality is a huge key to success when it comes to your personal attitude.

“Those that are in the highest brackets of success are able to control the way they re-act to things.”

Take a second and think of someone in your life that is a great example of having a great attitude.  They have a sincerity of purpose when it comes to having a pleasing personality.  One of the people that comes to mind for me is Stephanie Melink.  I have known Steph for a few years now, and there hasn’t been a single time that has gone by, where we interacted, and I didn’t walk away feeling more upbeat then when our conversation started.  Her personality is contagious.  And she is always happy.  There are so many more that have been great examples to me of having a great attitude.  They have adapted the concept that it is always more profitable to be a good listener than it is go be a good talker.  They are genuine with their concern.  And their outlook on life is always so upbeat.

How is your attitude?  Do you take the time to put positive deposits into the lives of people around you?  Do you have a pleasing personality?  Let me just tell you this, the more you are pleasant to be around, the more happiness you will find.  I am completely convinced of that.
