Yo good peeps!  I am back on a plane and headed home to beautiful, sunny, Utah.  Haha.  Good crap!  Who brought the snow?  We are back in action with the book, “Intentional Living”.  Today John C starts to talk about believing big.  “If you don’t believe you can make a difference, guess what?  You won’t.”  No matter how talented you are and how many opportunities you receive, if you don’t believe at a high level, you won’t succeed at a high level.  I was very fortunate that I had parents that taught me that value of self-worth, self-esteem, and self-confidence.  Because of that, I have always been very confident in my abilities.  My belief in myself encouraged me when I needed it the most.  “The most important voice I listen to, the one I hear the most often and I give the most weight to, is my own.”

Let’s think about this for a second. How many of you avoid fear like the plague? Afraid you won’t be able to lose weight so you just don’t go to the gym at all? Afraid you will get the door slammed in your face so you don’t even try that door. Afraid someone will reject your invitation to go out on a date, so you don’t even reach out to the person. Afraid you aren’t “the type” that get promotions, so you half ass your efforts that would get you there. You actually believe in your mind that you don’t deserve a lot of success in life, so you settle for mediocrity. Do you realize that all of these are limiting beliefs? And as the great Roger Preble would say, “They are bullshit.”

This is how Will finish his piece on Facebook. He talks about fear and how he blasts through his fears like it is the last thing he will ever do. If it scares him, he attacks that fear. The longer we sit there and cater to that fear, the stronger it will become. So here is the challenge. Write down on a piece of paper all the things that make you nervous or that you are scared of. Go ahead, write them down. Now, make a plan to blast through them. Here is the last thing Mr Smith says. “I know what I believe and I am willing to die for it. Period!” I want all the readers out there to know that I too would die for my purposes. I am willing to talk the talk, walk the walk, fight the fight, power through the struggle, overcome the obstacle, and keep getting back up and moving forward. And that wont’ stop until I get to my destination. And when I do, I will stop and rest for a minute and enjoy the victory, and then do it all over again.

Life is good! Learn to love it,
